Session Scope
The 2nd Scintillation Asia: Frontiers in Luminescence and Scintillation Materials symposium provides a forum for researchers to present recent advances in luminescence and scintillation materials, from fundamental science to practical applications. The symposium welcomes contributions on the design, synthesis, characterization, and applications of luminescent materials, scintillators, radiation detectors, and imaging technologies.
Topics include, but are not limited to:
Scintillation crystals, glasses, ceramics, and phosphors
Luminescent materials and rare-earth-doped materials
Scintillation mechanisms and optical characterization
Radiation detection and detector technologies
X-ray, gamma-ray, neutron, and synchrotron imaging
Medical, industrial, environmental, and high-energy physics applications
Advanced and sustainable scintillation materials and devices
