Registration Desk and Transportation between Two Conference Venues:

1). Please kindly be informed that the Registration Desk of SmartMat@2024 will only be available at Chiangmai Grandview Hotel (Main Venue), please proceed to the Hotel for your registration according to the times stated in the conference program.

2). The transportation between the two Conference Venues will be provided as follows,

From Chiangmai Grandview Hotel to Uniserv-CMU: November 6 & 7, 2024: Bus and Vans Leaving after the Plenary Sessions (09:45 AM and 02:00 PM).

From Uniserv-CMU to Chiangmai Grandview Hotel:
November 6, 2024: Vans Leaving after Parallel Sessions to Poster Session at 06:00 PM
November 7, 2024: Vans Leaving after Afternoon Coffee Break to Poster Session and Conference Banquet at 04:45 PM
