     Please kindly be informed that those paying registration fee after October 15 (Early-Bird Registration Deadline) may not receive all the full package premium, and we reserve the right to provide on a first-come first-served basis, due to limited availability as a result of pre-ordered time constraints.

• Registration fee is depended on date of participant payment.
• Approximate calculation based on the exchange rate of 1.00 USD = 36.00 THB
• If you are an international participant and prefer to pay in USD, you can convert the registration rate into Thai Baht according to the table corresponding to your registration type. First, however, you must refer to the official currency exchange rate from the Bank of Thailand, which you can check at https://www.bot.or.th/en/statistics/exchange-rate.html
• If you are registering as an ACerS/IEEE MagSoc Member or ACerS/IEEE MagSoc Student Member, you must upload a picture of your member card or account to the website. Your membership status must be valid during the entire conference period. You can upload the file/member account during the registration process.
• If you are registering as a non-member student, you must upload a picture of your student ID card or a letter from your supervisor or department chairperson attesting to your student status. Your status must be valid during the entire conference period. You can upload the file during the registration process.
• Attendee registration means attending the conference without presenting any work.
• Accompanying persons only include spouses or students of the presenter or co-authors of the work presented at ICAPMA2025.
• If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the transfer fee is your responsibility.
• On-site registration fee payment is only accepted in cash (Thai Baht) or electronic bank transfer. Please note that the full package of conference materials may be out of stock and subject to availability.
• Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
